Advise on menu selections; Serve food and drinks Present invoices to customers and accept cash, credit or debit card payments, traveler’s checks or room billing; Describe menu items, including daily specials for guests; Prepare and serve specialty dishes at customer tables; Take the controls and contact the kitchen and bar staff; Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
